Mini Whales Financial Policy
Registration Fees
The appropriate registration fees must be paid at the time of registration or prior to the start of the lessons, or the swimmer may not be permitted to enter the water. Payments can be made by e-transfer or by credit card with a 4% surcharge.
If a swimmer will be relying on outside funding for their registration fees, it is the responsibility of the parent to arrange this funding prior to the start of the lessons. Contact the registrar if assistance is needed in providing the funding agency with any program details required as part of the funding agreement.
Swimmers joining mid-session will have their lessons fees pro-rated for the remaining classes.
If a swimmer is moved to a more expensive class, the difference in fees will be charged for the remainder of the classes in that session.
If a swimmer is moved to a less expensive class, the difference in fees will be refunded for the remainder of the classes in that session.
Cancellation Policy
Swimmers leaving the program within the first 2 weeks of the session will be refunded the pro-rated amount for the remaining classes.
Swimmers leaving the program after the first 2 weeks will not receive a refund without a medical note. In this case, the registrar must be notified immediately (registrar@crkw.ca).
SwimBC Fee
The SwimBC fee is set by SwimBC and may only be pro-rated based on SwimBC's fee schedule. Therefore, SwimBC fees charged upon registration will not be pro-rated by CRKW. The SwimBC fee charged by CRKW will reflect the amount to be remitted to SwimBC upon the time of the swimmer's registration into the Mini Whales program.
