Registration Fees
The appropriate registration fees must be paid at the time of registration or prior to the start of the lessons, or the swimmer may not be permitted to enter the water. Payments can be made by e-transfer or by credit card with a 4% surcharge.
If a swimmer will be relying on outside funding for their registration fees, it is the responsibility of the parent to arrange this funding prior to the start of the lessons. Contact the registrar if assistance is needed in providing the funding agency with any program details required as part of the funding agreement.
If new swimmers join the lessons program after the start of classes, fees will be pro-rated based on the session dates.
If a swimmer departs from the program for family holidays fees must still be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
Lessons sessional swimmers will not be refunded after the end of the second week of the session they are registered in. This pertains to their swim fees, insurance as well as any other fees associated with this program.
Consideration may be given in the case of injury or serious illness, however the registrar must be notified immediately.
