Orca Junior is CRKW’s mid-range developmental group. Swimmers are learning the 4 strokes of
competitive swimming, building confidence on their dives and turning skills, and developing a high level
of comfort in the water. This is a great group to introduce solid and effective physical activity and
develop improved coordination and movement health. Swimmers pick 3 sessions per week based on the
what works best for the family schedules.
Orca Senior is CRKW’s most advanced Developmental Group. Swimmers in this group are looking to
perform a clear and concise understanding of all 4 strokes, and the technical subtleties that will provide
a swimmer with the CRKW advantage. Swimmers can pick 4 sessions based on what works best for
Orca Development is meant to bridge the gap between our Mini Whales program and our Orca
Development Program. Swimmers pick 2 sessions per week based on what works best for families'
schedules. This is the first step in becoming a competitive swimmer and local and regional competitions are
offered with the intent to teach improved skill. Through competition you find yourself.
