Orca Jr.

Developmental Competitive Program (Orca Groups) : Orca Jr.

Orca Junior is CRKW’s mid-range developmental group, meaning they are developing their ability to be competitive swimmers. With sessions 3 times per week, swimmers will build confidence and strength as they refine and practice the 4 strokes of competitive swimming, dives and turning skills. Developing greater levels of fitness and cardiovascular health, and increasing coordination, swimmers are becoming ready for competition.

Orca Sr.

Developmental Competitive Program (Orca Groups) : Orca Sr.

Orca Senior - Training 4 Sessions per week

Orca Senior is CRKW’s most advanced Developmental Group. Swimmers in this group are looking to
perform a clear and concise understanding of all 4 strokes, and the technical subtleties that will provide
a swimmer with the CRKW advantage.

Orca Development

Developmental Competitive Program (Orca Groups) : Orca Development

With 2 sessions per week, swimmers in the Orca Development Program are just starting out in the foundational part of the swimmer's journey. Swimmers will have fun building friendships and developing lifelong competencies in water safety and physical literacy, all under the supervision of our expert coach and instruction from champion athletes, who guide them in learning the techniques that make up swimming.
